Who controls your data?

The controller is Agro Partner Magyarország Kft., identified in the legal notice. Contact us at info@agropartner.hu or by post to our registered office with privacy questions or requests.

Enquiries and purchase requests

We use your name, email, phone, chosen products, machinery details and message to answer you and prepare the offer you requested. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for business contacts, our legitimate interest in business communication (f). Name and email, and phone on the FJD form, are needed to respond; machinery type and notes are optional. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

The contact form prepares a draft in your email app; we receive it only when you send it there. The FJDynamics form sends us an email directly and a summary to you. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 1 year after closure. Necessary contract and legal-claim records are kept until the limitation period expires; accounting records for the statutory 8 years and consumer complaints and replies for 3 years. Legal claims are based on legitimate interests; mandatory retention on a legal obligation (c).

Cookies and browser storage

We do not use our own advertising or visitor-analytics cookies. The agropartner-language cookie remembers your chosen language for 1 year. FJD basket product IDs and quantities stay in local browser storage until you empty it or clear site data. The form’s name, email, phone, machinery type and notes are saved as a local draft, deleted on the next visit after 7 days or after successful submission. Emptying the basket does not delete the draft; on shared devices, clear site data if you do not want to keep it.

Providers and security

Staff handling your enquiry and hosting and email providers can access data as needed for their tasks. Hosting details are in the legal notice. FJD emails are delivered by our processor Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). This may involve US transfers; see Resend’s data processing agreement for EU standard contractual clauses and safeguards, or ask us for a copy.

The server may process technical data such as IP addresses, request times and errors for operation and security. Order rate limits use SHA-256 hashes of IP and email addresses. The basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation. Technical data is kept as needed to fix errors and investigate abuse. We do not use profiling or automated decisions with legal effects on you.

Google reviews, YouTube and external sites

Reviewer profile images load from Google’s image servers. Google therefore also receives your IP address and technical request data. The images link to the reviewers’ public Google profiles.

Google reviews on the homepage are displayed by the ReviewsPlugin widget (Rich Plugins SL, Spain). When it loads, your browser connects to the provider, which receives your IP address and technical request data. According to the provider’s privacy notice, embedded widgets do not use analytics or advertising cookies. More details: https://reviewsplugin.com/privacy. Clicking the rating badge takes you to Google.

YouTube players load only after you press play. YouTube may receive data such as your IP address and device details and may use cookies or local storage. The provider is Google Ireland Limited; processing outside the EU, including in the USA, may occur under the safeguards in Google’s privacy notice. Loading the player is optional. Social links take you to external sites governed by their providers’ privacy notices.

Your rights

You can request access, a copy, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally answer within 1 month. You can complain to NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu) or take legal action.
