Kertitox Basic Line 3000 trailed sprayer
Built by Farmgép Kft. in 2022, the Kertitox Basic Line 3000 is designed for field crop protection. Its 3000-litre solution tank is paired with a Bertolini diaphragm pump, hydraulically operated AFL boom and ARAG Bravo 400S control unit. All 7 spray sections can be switched individually from the tractor cab.
Tanks and filling
Separate clean-water rinse and hand-wash tanks sit alongside the main tank. The left-hand induction hopper, suction and pressure selector valves and accessible filter provide the filling and daily operating controls. An external level gauge shows the quantity of liquid in the tank.

Pump and controls
The Bertolini pump delivers 210 l/min at 0 bar back pressure and 204 l/min at its maximum pressure of 15 bar. Nominal PTO speed is 540 rpm, with drive through a PTO shaft.
The ARAG Bravo 400S display has a separate switch unit with a master switch, 7 section switches and a pressure control. 7 electric section valves are fitted at the rear. The controller manages application and records work data, including treated area.
AFL spray boom
The three-dimensional truss boom folds hydraulically. Working height is adjusted hydraulically through a parallelogram suspension. Equipment includes stainless-steel spray tubes, 1-position nozzle holders and spring-loaded boom protection. LED work lights are fitted.
Chassis and towing
The sprayer connects to the tractor through a rigid drawbar and towing eye. It has air brakes, a mechanical parking brake, mudguards and rear road lighting. Alliance tyres are 340/85 R38. A mechanical support leg holds the drawbar when parked.

ARAG Bravo 400S with 7 switchable sections
A separate switch unit is fitted below the ARAG Bravo 400S display in the cab. In addition to the master switch, all 7 spray sections can be controlled individually; the right-hand switch controls pressure.
Induction hopper and central operating station
The left-side induction hopper and adjacent grouped valves simplify preparation for filling. Steps provide access to the platform, while the external tank level gauge and tool box support daily operation.
Hydraulic boom movement and electric section control
The AFL boom folds, unfolds and adjusts in height hydraulically. The rear valve block supplies 7 independently controlled spray sections, and the truss frame also protects the spray tubes and nozzles.
