Hardi Ranger 2500 trailed sprayer
Built in 2013, this 2500-litre field sprayer has a HARDI diaphragm pump, HC 5500 computer and Spray II switch unit. It is equipped with 5 electrically controlled spray sections and a hydraulically operated EAGLE boom.
Tanks and induction hopper
The polyethylene main tank is accompanied by a separate rinse tank and a hand-wash tank with tap. The left-side operating station contains the filling, agitation and liquid-system valves, together with accessible filters.
The fold-down TurboFiller induction hopper has a graduated 35-litre tank and an internal container rinser. Flowing liquid mixes the chemical in the hopper and carries it into the main tank.

Pump and spray controls
A PTO-driven HARDI diaphragm pump supplies the spray liquid. Nominal PTO speed: 540 rpm.
The HC 5500 computer regulates the selected application rate per hectare, displays working speed and application data, and records treated area. The Spray II switch unit electrically controls spraying and the individual sections.
Boom and application
The steel truss EAGLE boom folds horizontally and rests along both sides of the tank during transport. Folding is hydraulic, while a parallelogram lift adjusts the working height.
Spring boom suspension dampens movement. The outer sections have spring-loaded breakaway mechanisms. The spray tubes carry multi-position nozzle holders, and the rear valve block serves 5 separate spray sections.
Chassis and identification
The machine has a crossbar hitch for attachment to the tractor's lower links. A mechanical support leg holds the drawbar when parked. Rear road lighting is included.
